Over the past 25 years, I've built a career on a simple principle: exceptional businesses are built by exceptional people.
My journey has taken me from marketing executive to project manager, from startup director to CEO across industries including mining, civil infrastructure, manufacturing, community, and healthcare. This diversity of experience has taught me that while industries differ, the fundamentals of great leadership remain constant: clear vision, strong culture, empowered teams, and disciplined execution.
Currently, I serve as CEO for Central Highlands Healthcare and Central Highlands Community Services in regional Queensland, leading teams that deliver essential services to our community. These roles represent the intersection of everything I've learned about business leadership, operational excellence, and people development.
I'm also a committed lifelong learner, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at Deakin University.
